As Barack Obama told his community in South Chicago:
If you didn’t get an education, you are a victim of racism and deserve all support from the government (run by pasty, white Republicans that hold you back).
The Democrat party, through reparations legislation, is providing you that “safety net” so you can survive. The only reason you barely survive is because those pasty, white Republicans won’t compromise on giving you more of all the money that is in the economy.

They don’t realize that the Democrats deliberately hold them back, keep them poor, and dependent on a government handout.
The Party thanks “the community” for the support. Of course, the community “organizers” and “leaders” are not elected to represent the interests of the community, they call themselves that (just like Al Sharpton calls himself a Reverend).
You don't get get and education; you earn an education.
