Actually, you can put this one to bed. Our beloved Paul Ryan (/s) came out and said, explicitly, that it is not job losses it is reduced hours. He made it clear, albeit reluctantly, that no one loses their job. So while this may get some spin on some blog sites, it’s DOA. And while I, quite frankly, do think that is a correct reading of the report, be sure and thank dear Paul for neutering anything the GOP might have gained on this issue.
