And another thing. They want everybody to think Fuddy is dead. The “birthers” want to say she was killed because it fits the meme and finding out whether and/or how they bumped her off would keep us occupied in the belief that she is dead. They would happily have us think they killed her if that would keep us from locating her and making her available for testimony. They control law enforcement; nobody’s going to investigate her death. But any of us can be on the lookout for her alive, and that’s what they want to make sure DOESN’T happen.

So the argument is that she really is not dead but legally is. So therefore she obviously cannot be compelled to testify.
Makes sense now we need hard info to corroborate.
