For the assessor that’s essentially true, but the county recorder’s office has records posted into February already so a January transfer deed would be of record and in their online system. Besides, a poster above showed that the property is still available for sale. I believe this particular situation might turn out to be nothing.
Whether Butterdezillion’s original assertion about anomalies with Fuddy in the casket pans out or not is a separate issue.
The property is still listed for sale on the realtor’s website and the Florida MLS.
