Heres youtube video of the actual funeral. At the 30 second mark the mourners appear to file past an open casket, and one woman extends her hand over what looks to be the body. At the 156 mark is a closer shot, with more emotional mourners passing a defnite open casket. Thanks for the video link. It clearly shows Fuddy's funeral with people passing the open casket in which a hand that appears to be the same hand as in butterdezillion's #1 picture can be seen. From the way the mourners are acting, it is without a doubt Fuddy's uncremated dead body lying in the open casket.
No, that’s the image I used in my blog post. It has a different pall than Fuddy’s casket. That’s what I’m saying.
The sad ladies are looking at something, and the TV clip makes it appear that they are looking at the body in the casket, because the clip is edited to insert that image/footage of the open casket there. But the open casket footage they inserted is not Fuddy - as can be known by the pall being wrong.
The way we know what they would really see if they were passing by the casket is by looking at the casket image we can verify was actually there - because it is in the context of the funeral happening live. That is the image I posted from the Honolulu Diocese web page - and it shows just those 3 dark bumps sticking up.
We don’t even know if the casket was ever in the back of the church where those sad ladies were at. The only time we see the casket is when it’s up in the front of the church. But if they were looking at the same casket as was there while the funeral was going on, they were looking it 3 bumps - one probably an urn. People still cry at funerals where there is an urn. Those ladies could have been looking at anything - photos, the urn, etc. We don’t know.
What we do know is that the TV crew inserted an image of a woman in a casket, and it’s NOT Fuddy.
That’s the way it looks to me too. It’s her funeral, & they’re crying as they approach the body.
