Frankly, I'm a bit torn by this topic.
I want to draw a direct contrast between his actions as a youth and his actions as an adult.
His movie"characters" do a credible job of portraying military persons in a favorable light.
Also, he seems to be a solid family guy in regards to his wife and kids.
Does this negate his atrocious crimes in his youth?
No, I think he was deserving of a much stiffer penalty for his attacks. Maybe that is more a beef with the Boston DA's office.
I don't know. I like his movies of late.
Hypocrisy is a b!tch.
Tough call on this....IMO.
