I have on good authority that the kind of places they used to shoot those flicks in had very dirty floors.
Funny....actually, I think it had something to do with decency laws and being completely naked if they were raided. Having the socks on was a stretch of that ‘nakedness’ law....
Could be BS, but that’s what I heard.
