Is Sean Hannity Letting the Nutjobs Win?
Clash Daily ^ | 1/24/14 | Angel Rodriguez

Posted on 01/24/2014 3:08:49 PM PST by Impala64ssa

So as per many news reports over the last few days, Sean Hannity has said that he is leaving New York. His plan consists of relocating from here to one of the remaining free states, Texas or Florida. Personally, I can’t blame the guy; New York is a cesspool of liberal insanity. The laws and life here are becoming more and more restrictive. Just today I was unfriended on Facebook by a die hard liberal because I stated that rapists and child molesters should have their penises eaten off by rats. She would rather hug it out with them than punish them for destroying a life. This is the typical liberal New York mentality.

Recently, New York Governor Cuomo said something along the lines of “There is no place for extreme conservatives in New York.” Well, here’s the thing, Cuomo, and I say this with great reservation: last I checked; the U.S.A was still a free country! What that means to me, is that I don’t really give a rat’s ass what you have to say or think. I live in New York, not just New York, but in NYC, and the likes of you or our new mayor will not be scaring me away! You politicians forget that you work for us, you are a public servant! You are not a King, who can dictate who or what can come here.

Sean Hannity has the choice to leave, and again; I can’t blame him. However, not all of us are in the position to get up and leave. One of the points Hannity made was “I’m leaving, and I’m taking all of my money with me.” Well, I have no money for leverage; I’m not a big TV celebrity; yet. I mean, I am a “little” TV celebrity, haha! In addition, I don’t want to make life easy for people like Cuomo! Without anyone here to try to fight the good fight, these guys will go even further down the path of insanity. I can’t let them do that to this state, or country.

Think about it, what’s next? Hillary takes over the federal government; liberals take Congress and the Senate, then there will be no more free states to run to! Where will you run to next? If you let them push you away, if you give up, then what’s it all for?

The Hannity show doesn’t do us much good if only like minded conservatives listen to it. We already agree with Sean, what benefit is it to sell something to someone who already agrees with you? No, you need to fight to open the eyes of those that are misguided, and who is more misguided than New York?

Sean, you are my man! You are friends with my brother from another mother, fellow conservative talk show host, Wayne Dupree, and I respect your choices. However, I don’t believe in retreating! I don’t run away from bullies. I don’t run away from problems. I stand up and I confront them head on, and I say to them: “BRING IT! I’M NOT AFRAID OF YOU!” I fight! Who the hell is Cuomo? Who is he to tell us that we have to leave our home? Why are you letting Cuomo make you uproot your family and your life? Screw him!

Perhaps a day will come when I’ll have no choice but to leave this state as well, but so long as I can fight; I will fight. If we stick together, vote properly, and fight back hard, we can win this war! Every inch we give up is one more inch that goes to the insane left! Let’s make them earn each one of those inches, Sean! That’s my message to you my brother!

The other day, Hannity said he's seriously considering moving out of NY, among other reason il figlio il Sfaccim Cuomo says his ilk is not welcome. OTOH, Mr. Rodriguez brings up some good reasons why he should stay and stand up to the liberal bullies. Interesting debate. Any thoughts?

Sean’s a wealthy man who has children. He needs to get out like Rush did. It’s not like he’s moving to Singapore, lol! He’ll have the same show from Florida or Texas. If I could get out of this NJ hellhole, I would.

I would consider not letting the leftwing state government have a chunk of my money a win. Only an East Coast elitist would consider moving somewhere better a loss.

Left MD for FL 20 years ago. MD was overrun by gestappo prig libs who openly sought my destruction. I was the only charismatic in the UMC and moving up in politics. I was mugged. It hurt. Maybe I will return to fight again, not now.

It doesn't matter where Sean lives, or where he broadcasts from. I'm absolutely certain that every AM radio in New York is capable of receiving Sean's broadcasts already. I'm also absolutely certain that if Sean broadcasts from another city, every AM radio in New York will still be capable of receiving Sean's broadcasts so long as they're carried on a local station.

Rush explained this a while back. Essentially New York starts the meter the way a cabbie does anytime you begin to make money in the city and state, whether for an hour, a day, or a year. And the rates are a killer.

Take care of yourself and your family first. I'm sorry you were hurt by evil libs - unlike a certain someone, I can really feel your pain. I went through something like this with my husband - who was taken apart by the New York Times in a most public fashion. Where do you go to recover your reputation when the Gestapo wants you dead?

I just wish I could get the hell out.

Plus, if he stays, he’s enabling tyranny with his tax dollars. Tyrants deserve to die starving and in agony.

I hope every high income earner leaves every blue state and lets them become replicants of Detroit.

He should get out as fast as he can. New York does not own him. Any conservative that can get out should. It’s not his job to continue to support this facist government with his tax dollars.

I live in the hell hole known as Maryland. I detest if here. It is making me more unhappy every day. I need to live among people who are like me for once in my life.

I’m seriously considering Bluffton, SC.

Sean should get out...

His income will stay the same...well actually he will have more because there is no state income tax nor city income tax in FL and TX

Also...he can buy twice the house for half the money. TX has cheaper housing than FL, but higher property tax.

And, with FL, there are better areas than South FL. FL Panhandle has nice beaches and great folks...and very conservative

Why is it that leftists are always pushing somebody to the back of the bus?

Rhetorical question, I know the answer - Evil always needs a scapegoat.

What’s stopping me? I have an elderly mother who cannot move with me. I can’t sell my house thanks to the ongoing Depression. My husband cannot get another job because at 62 know one wants to hire him - not even McDonalds. If I was 40 or even 50, I could have made the move. I blame no one but myself for this situation. Well, maybe Obama and the Republican Congress who have allowed the economy to disintegrate.

I spent the first 45 years of my life in MD. Then I moved to VA, which used to be pretty red. Not so much anymore. Fortunately, I live in a part of VA that's still quite red. Liberalism is like cancer - it never stops growing and destroys everything it touches.
