That's what happened with the Minnesota laptop which contained information on the hijackers in FL. They weren't allowed to look at it and had to wait on a judge.
9/11 could have been stopped had they been able to look into the laptop.
If they had looked at the laptop, Jaime Gorelick’s Wall of Separation between the FBI and CIA would likely have prevented making any use of the information.
Are there any parts of the Fourth Amendment you’d like to maintain in effect, or should we just ignore the whole thing so we can all feel safe?
