I’m a big fan of Calvin and Hobbes. This article nails it with that comparison. Good article too.

This is one of those “FRom out of left field” articles that very neatly and with great humor totally trashes Obamacare!

“Obamacare = Calvinball” is such and appropriate analogy, I am embarrassed that I didn’t think of it.

But I am sure glad this gent did, and I am glad he made his point in such a simple, elegant and eloquent manner!

The key question is: When do we impeach, convict and imprision the sonofabitch for high crimes and misdemeanors?

It is NOT fair use to post a whole cartoon with out permission of the owner of the copyright..

If he would have asked he would have been given a price and had to pay it.

I see no indication he obtained that

This is the reason that various copyrighted cartoons are regularly removed from threads when someone posts them.

And even worse, he has it hosted through his blog in LARGE size when you click on it.

Taint, you are in big trouble, legally.

You are no different than what you are accusing Obama of. See your last comment on your blog post:

So what you’re saying is that *AFTER* you were made aware of the fact that this was copyrighted material that could not be posted on FR under “fair use” you went ahead and used it anyway on your blog and still tried to pimp traffic for your crime here.

I would ~love~ to be the lawyer for the copyright holder in this case.
