Looking for some new mysteries to watch on Netflix or Amazon...preferably Brit, Swede, Danish or otherwise European(better actors)..but could be American if they are decent like Breaking Bad. I posted a request a while ago and many of you great Freeper friends responded with good suggestions. It turned out to be a fun thread.,,,a necessary distraction at this stressful time of year...from all things Obama, libs, Dems, progressives and dysfunctional families?
Try the British version. Excellent
Currently I am loving "Two Weeks" about a man accused of murder on the run because he isn't even safe in jail from powerful bad guys. He found out an 8-year old daughter he never knew about needs his marrow in a transfusion to live, so he has to stay alive for her. Oh and cop chasing him is engaged to his ex, the mother of the girl.

Just started Foyle’s War. For British mysteries, it’s hard to beat Midsomer Murders and most of them are on Netflix.
It’s not Danish, Swedish or British, but if you haven’t watched Fringe, strap yourself in for some fun, and try it.
Just finished Firefly. Awesome. Space / cowboy adventure with some good comedy. Perfect cast. Only 14 episodes, though. And the follow-up movie, Serenity.
I watched a mini series called “The Kidnapping’ or “Kidnapped” I forget which. It was really good.
Yeah, I enjoyed Firefly and Serenity. Too bad Firefly didn’t go another season or two.
This site is good for searching to see what is on Netflix: http://instantwatcher.com/
The Bletchley Circle miniseries is very good.
The Inspector Lynley Mysteries is refreshing although somewhat predictable.
I enjoyed that too.
Son of Anarchy
The fist 48
LilyHammer
Keeping up Appearances
I love Lilyhammer, especially how they mock the P.C. crowd running Norway. I just finished the second season on Netflix yesterday.
Watch Foyle’s War. It’s really good.
It’s always Sunny in Philadelphia is funny.
IRIS is considered one of the better action-thriller type series in Korea and had 20 episodes.

Cool!
“Its not Danish, Swedish or British, but if you havent watched Fringe, strap yourself in for some fun, and try it.”
Very Intense show.
