Cornyn: ‘Lying To Congress is a Crime, But Unfortunately Lying To The American People Is Not’
It is about time they did this. Obama has refused to inforce federal laws with regard to immigration and 0ther issues. He has violated the Constitution that by oath he has promised to uphold. He should be removed from office.

Some sort of demonstration going on.
Thanks for the ping.
yes - demonstrators - never seen that before in a hearing
Forgot your sarc tag there - How can you forget Code Pink? I wonder who they were this morning? Looks like they settled in and were not ejected.
They looked like a “native American” group holding a prayer before the start of the meeting.
I was referring to latest hearings that I saw.
Code Pink! I should have realized, but didn’t see the color - only caught a glimpse of it when it happened and heard the chair made a reference to the need for order.
So they were seated and now quiet it appears.
I don’t think it was Code Pink in the House today.
Me - I am up for Articles of Impeachment coming forth as a result of this hearing.
For those of you”MORONS”who weren’t listening:When Obongo was asked(2008)how he felt about The US Constitution, his reply was:”I Find It To Be A Flawed Document”!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just watched Professor Turley’s opening statement. He’s an Obama supporter but a brilliant Constitutionalist. (Taught me in his first law school job at Tulane).
Very simply put, he believes that Obama’s refusal to enforce numerous laws, his changing of laws’ explicit provisions and the ever expanding and powerful federal agencies are a threat to the delicate balance of power implemented through our Madisonian form of government. And it is up to Congress to reign him in.
He’s right, but there will be no reigning in without a Republican, if not conservative, majority in both houses. The Dems would sacrifice the Republic for power.
hussein will merely write out an EO that he can’t be impeached and that will be the end of it.
He wrote the ""Subjects of the Constitution," the single most downloaded article about Constitutional interpretation in the history of the Social Science Research Network."
Brief Volokh Conspiracy blog post about "Subjects of the Constitution" here
Simon Lazarus doesn’t deal with fact but ascribes political motives to critics and intent to the authors of PPACA.
The law is quite clear on the issue of subsidies in state-run exchanges v. federally-run exchanges as the other witnesses have testified.
