It’s especially infuriating that something like this happened in Arizona, where the right of every citizen to legally carry a REAL AK-47 without being harassed by police is recognized and usually upheld by law enforcement. He shouldn’t have a job in any law enforcement capacity, but especially not in a pro-freedom state like AZ.

This happened in California, the home of insane anti-gun laws. No open carry at all. The police here are trained to shoot EVEN IF the gun has an orange tip because gang bangers paint their REAL GUN'S with orange for an advantage in that split second of indecision.

Ah, well my mistake. Still, despite whatever California’s laws are, the order and shooting were illegal, since the 2nd Amendment supercedes California’s unlawlful gun laws.
