Where is Sharpton, Jackson, Holder and Obama when it is Black on White Crime? Did this caring teacher not deserve every bit as much consideration as Trayvon Martin who attacked Zimmerman who by the jury’s verdict acted in self defense?
Ask the phony in the White Hut if Chism could have been his son.
This teacher not only deserved as least as much consideration as Trayvon by the race pimps, but in all likelyhood much more, as she was a young teacher in good standing, not a known thug that was already sporting a rap sheet of petty crimes. At the time of the crime she was also involved in HELPING the perp that turned on her.

I am in complete agreement that the evidence presented to date indicates the guy is guilty, but can we honor the convention of "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law" please"
We should do so because we respect the system of which this presumption is a part, not because we have any respect for the person accused.

The author is wrong. This isn’t about an America gone evil, it is about a thug culture(black)that raises it’s children to hate all races but their own, particularly the white race. The note “I hat you all” says it all. He probably planned on killing a white person and she was just the easiest to set up for it. Him and his parents need to hang, seriously.

Our society is creating monsters. This is part of the plan: destroy civil society, collapse the economy, cripple us with debt, eliminate Christianity, crush freedom and liberty, and then replace America with totalitarianism. This is what the LEFT, both domestic and foreign, is working toward.
Teachers should not schedule time alone with students in these schools.
I wonder if there was a protocol in place and the teacher just ignorned it.
One can only wonder why such a calamity has been visited upon America. Could it be those dumpsters full of babies’ corpses?
The police reports and affidavits are pretty clear and detailed about Chism’s planning of the murder and his activities on the day of the murder.
While he is innocent until proven guilty in the legal system, it is clear in the real world that he planned this crime, committed this crime, and posed the body, including the tree branch and the note.

What does this say about America?? Not a helluva lot. It says a lot to me about blacks and their racial hatred for whites. This was a hate crime.

She did not schedule any time alone with Chism. He had already planned to kill her. Chism brought a “murder kit” to scholl with him. She was never intentionally alone with Chism. Chism followed her into the 2nd floor women’s restroom and attacked her.
