Gun permit and carry wouldn’t do much good seeing as she was sucker punched from behind and out of it on the pavement. That’s the problem.
I’m planning on going to eat in downtown Cleveland tomorrow. If I can’t park in the restaurant’s parking lot, I’ll go to another place. And when I do park, I’ll be taking a good look around before getting out of the car. Chinatown is in the ghetto.
