Of course, you are correct in the purist’s interpretation of the premise, and I would normally be also.
However, STATE and local random stoppings have already been tacitly approved by the USSC (at least, as is my understanding), and I grudgingly accept their ‘approved’ need to do this.
It does not, however, extend to extra measures beyond that required to sort out offenders according to STATE laws. I could give a sh!t what some Obama/Wookie sweatheart colluder wants to do for a million dollar plus grant/contract as a payoff.
Wow, relax. Just making a point. It changes how they (the police) can choose to excuse their behavior. I am not agreeing to the action.
Once you accept their premise in your mind, they have won.
That’s why I will not. It is an uncomfortable habit of mine and I would be happier if I didn’t.
Hell I could start recycling, buying the more expensive solar power option on my utility bill and really just feel happy.
But I am too old for that. I should never have read the Federalist Papers.
