"Climate change" has always been about the money that could be extorted from "developed" countries and transferred to "undeveloped" countries.
This is really just a transfer of money from poor people in rich countries to rich people in poor countries.

"Climate change" has always been about the money that could be extorted from "developed" countries and transferred to "undeveloped" countries. With the middle-men, our 'betters', pocketing their 50%+ handling fee during the transaction.
