"Climate change" has always been about the money that could be extorted from "developed" countries and transferred to "undeveloped" countries.
This is really just a transfer of money from poor people in rich countries to rich people in poor countries.

“They wore T-shirts and gorged on snacks throughout the negotiation.”
Hopefully, they’re setting a trend for future meetings. If so, they’ll have to set out a lot more snacks. And napkins.

.....U.S. diplomats were specifically instructed by the Obama administration to oppose any attempts to create an independent fund for climate reparations from rich countries to poor countries.Oh, really? Does he not like the idea of an independent fund? What's up with this?

It sounds to me that Obama (Democrat Party/EPA) wants to have the power to position the sword of Damocles over certain businesses (get and keep their attention).

That’s what I was thinking. No independent fund that he and his minions cannot control.

"Climate change" has always been about the money that could be extorted from "developed" countries and transferred to "undeveloped" countries. With the middle-men, our 'betters', pocketing their 50%+ handling fee during the transaction.
