Notice how he thinks a small tweak is all he needs to advocate, and not a single mention of total repeal.
He has submitted to this new regime, and is trying to find butter for his bread by latching on to the desires of special interest groups (employers with under 50 employees), to further suck in political donations and leadership PAC donations to continue to pursue his royal lifestyle.
