No. I JUST came back from looking at it. On the fifth St. side is a fence which apparently operates by remote control(which I never saw before) and has NATIONAL FENCE bags attached to stanchions (or something) and there are additional sections of fencing up against the building. I turned right down the alley and saw where there is fencing and a gate which has been there awhile, with barbed wire (not razor wire) and right again where there is an older fence with barbed wire. I just never saw the fence on Fifth St. before and I don’t think there is a fence on the side of the graveyard. Yet.

Maybe you could take a photo and prove that Google view is either behind in what they show or hiding what’s really going on in some places...
