I have no doubt that Obamacare is first and foremost about "public health". Forced vaccinations during a declared epidemic? Forced into quarantine if you're in the wrong place at the wrong time? Forced meds if they don't like the results of your annual mental health checkup? Folks, it's the next logical step.
As far as the quarantine goes....nobody got to say "I'll stay home until the danger's past. They keep you and probably make you sicker. Been there, done that.
Anything mandated by FedMob law is backed with the force of a gun whether they build a new enforcement agency or not. That is the number one reason I will never comply with 0bamaCare. The author needs to do a little research. The Ready Reserve Corps used to be a designation of the United States Public Health Service active duty officers, the other designation was “Regular Corps”. There were some small benefits to making the effort and commitment to becoming Regular Corps. But the ACA, in one fell swoop, made all active duty USPHS officers “Regular Corps” and designated the Ready Reserve Corps as a group of non active-duty doctors who were willing to be called on in emergencies. They might get some medical school loan forgiveness for the commitment. The edict has been a nightmare for the Corps. And so will be the Surgeon General nominee.
