National Review's "The Corner" ^ | 11/12/2013 | Alec Torres

Only in California: An amendment to a recently passed law in California requires porn stars to wear protective goggles. This is what happens when the idiot party completely controls the state government. And we thought Bloomberg was bad. The link is below, and make sure you read all the comments. They are hysterical.

TOPICS: Government; Health/Medicine
KEYWORDS: nannystate; napl; osha; porn; pornification; safetygoggles; sexworkers

Over 80% of all new porn is filmed in Eastern Europe anyway. (another American industry that got outsourced because of intrusive government regulations regulations).

Well Laz, nowadays, I’d think that at least gas masks might be a requirement with all the fudge-packers out there!

If you read the law, it’s all exposed skin surfaces.

And those vids from YP are actually ripped off scenes or leaked scenes from actual PPV/pay sites. Porn is just an outlet. Better to do “your thing” in front of a pc rather than actually raping someone.

LOL,you’re right, the comments are very amusing. Pretty racy stuff for NRO I must say.

But honestly, how stupid is this? Of course they’ll go elsewhere. If it were me, I’d already be gone.

My favorite from the comments was: fivekoverlibor • 17 hours ago − Yes, because the only thing standing in the way of a pornstar and the consequences of such employment choice is state-mandated eyewear. Solved. Well done, California.
