So...Hugo Chavez finally croaks, and it doesn’t solve a thing in Venezuela. Things are actually getting worse.

Guess we can expect the same for Cuba when Castro takes the dirt nap. Entrenched bureaucratic dictatorship in both countries. No revolution, no Cuban spring, no Venezuelan spring.

What a shame......
