Marco Rubio is dead to me also. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I WILL NOT shame myself.

Rubio has betrayed us and he will betray us again if placed in a position where he could do so. No ticket with him on as EITHER the presidential OR vice-presidential candidate will receive my support.

Bit strong. He’s been disappointing, but he’s still a solid Senator.

The GOP-e is grooming rubio to be the next McRommneyryan. He’s no jeb or chris, so expect him to be bus fodder in the near future.

My wife said those exact words to me this morning. “Marco Rubio is toast.” She used to like him. I have never liked politicians that climb the ladder of identity or ethnicity. You wind up strangled in your umbilical cord and owing repeated favors to your group or clan or whatever. Everything circles around the all important ethnic factor.

As a Floridian I can not understand the hype over Rubio. He was terrible as a state legislator and speaker what makes people think he is the second coming of Reagan. More like the second coming of his predecessor Mel Martinez. For the record I voted for his remaining primary opponent and the Libertarian in the general election.
