I am checking this out real close. It doesn’t say Kosher anywhere, but it has a page that says learn Yiddish. I am going to call them.
They don’t seem to need refrigeration, as they are always hanging about for days if not weeks in the room-temperature store. All the stores that sell Jewish-style salami do that, not just Katz’s. In fact I seem to remember that some people like the dried-out ones better.
