I'm wondering if the desired result isn't medical care which emphasizes public health issues. What I've written on other threads is...get real good books about nutrition, natural healing, healthy lifestyle, symptoms and home cures and first aid. Have an emergency kit. Don't assume you can depend on the medical profession to care about your individual situations anymore.

Beware of forced vaccinations, quarantines if there's a dread disease, being deemed in need of mental or other counseling. I really don't think this is an exaggeration.
