I see mostly fast food and toys in all those buggy's that were JUST LEFT for the food to spoil. Not their problem though (as if they have any responsibility at all to pay to feed their own families), no rent, no healthcare, no money for food, clothes, etc. UNLESS they want something important TO THEM.

The EBT card has just plain money on it too..

so much for food only and cash..

They can spend it on booze and cigarettes if they want by just getting the cash of it and using the dollars to purchase what they cant on the food part..

The old food stamp system didnt let them do that..

and WIC for children up to age 6 used to have a list of items they could get that week..

1 gallon milk, 1 loaf of bread, 1 dozen eggs, 1 jar of peanut butter, 1 LB of dry beans or 2 cans of beans, 1 LB rice, 1/2 gallon orange juice, 1 can formula

Its a racket now..
