Recently, Peter King, the court jester of the House of Representatives, had this to say to PMSNBC's Andrea Mitchell about Tea Party heroes Rand Paul and Ted Cruz:
***
"I'm really more concerned about why more Republicans around the country didn't join me in denouncing Ted Cruz. We now have people on the sidelines coming forward who we have to take a stand here. We cannot allow our party to be taken over by the likes of Ted Cruz and Rand Paul. I mean, these are people, isolationists, I consider them RINOs, because they don't represent traditional Republican principles. Ted Cruz, what he did here, was lead the party into a dead end with no strategy, somehow convincing a number of House Republicans that we just sent this to through Senate as far as defunding and closing down the government, he would manage to get Harry Reid and President Obama to back down. He never had a plan. It was fraudulent from the start. And we have to cut this guy off now."

Ok Pete, Since you asked nicely, I'll tell you why no one in the grassroots of the Conservative Movement hasn't flocked to your moronic position. In fact, since I'm such a nice guy and I kind of feel bad for making fun of someone who's day late and a few chromosomes short, I'll type it nice and slow and use all caps. Ready, Pete? No? Frankly, I don't give a damn. Here it is:
WE. DESPISE. YOU.
Ladies and gentlemen, as we are all aware, the horror that is dog eater Barack Hussein Obama being installed as President of the United States by his willing collaborators in the arrogant and lazy media and Hollyweird wasn't the sole cause of the rise of the Tea Party. The Tea Party came into being, in part, as a reaction to the final years of the Bush administration. (Hat tip to the Great One Mark Levin for being one of the few individuals in the media who actually understands this.) We were sick and tired of the constant growth of government under Bush's leadership. We were annoyed at the warp speed pace that Bush and his GOP-E cronies were added to the nightmarish deficit. We were sickened by the attempt to grant illegal alien scumbags amnesty. In short, we decided that we wanted nothing do with Bolsheviks of the Democrat party or the Menshiviks of the Republican't party.
Pete, that means you. Last time I checked, you goosestepped right along with your GOP-E comrades during this very painful time in American history. It was slobs like you that gave us TARP, the Department of Homeland Security (which really sucks at stopping terrorism--see the Boston Bombing for further details), sexual assaults at airports in the name of national security, Mediscare Part D, the NSA perverting the Patriot Act into a domestic spying plot, and all the rest. Your record, and the record of your comrades, absolutely sucks, Pete. Sad but true.
And, since we're telling it like it is Pete, it was RINO's like you that helped propel our Indonesian raised Fuhrer into power. The Republican't party was as useless as male nipples during the Bush years. Sure they cut taxes and did a reasonably good job on the War on Terror, but did nothing to check the power of the out-of-control Federal Leviathan. Did you and your comrades jettison the unconstitutional Department of Education? No, instead you dingbats ensured further federal interference in education with the "No Child Left Behind" scam. How about the EPA, Pete? What did you and your comrades do about its lawless ways? Nada. Did you and comrades tame the Department of Labor? Nein. Did you folks at least kill the utterly useless Commerce Department? Geen. You and your ilk didn't give the American people any reason whatsoever to support the Republican party, so they didn't, and now we're stuck with a guy who wants to start World War III and be on al-Qaeda's side.
Here's the bottom line, gang: If the Republican't party won't carry on the fight to protect the We the People from the fascist plot that is Obamacare, then We the People need to take it to the next level. Perhaps we could use Mark Levin's idea to amend the Constitution as outlined in his book, The Liberty Amendments. Or, perhaps we should seriously consider saying sayonara to Tokyo Rove, Court Jester Peter King and the rest of the Old Boy Network that is the GOP-E, and form a third party.
It's now or never.....
Poor jerk cant even understand why conseratives hate him. What happened to you Pete?
Absolute power corrupts absolutely, FRiend.

Ted Cruz Isn’t The Problem With The Republican Party, He’s The Solution

Liberals have the Democrat Party, Establishment Republicans have the GOP and conservatives have no party that represents them in Washington.
Dont get me wrong, there are plenty of Republicans who say theyre conservative. There are even plenty of Republicans who will vote like conservatives when it doesnt matter. But, how many conservatives are actually willing to fight for conservative principles the way Harry Reid or Nancy Pelosi fight for liberal principles? In the House and Senate combined, there are a few dozen, tops and the establishment Republicans are incessantly bemoaning the fact that anyone stands up for conservatism.
So when Ted Cruz and Mike Lee pushed to defund Obamacare, grassroots conservatives embraced the idea. Most of them did so knowing full well that getting Obama to defund the Affordable Care Act was the longest of longshots. However, they also knew that there were and are plenty of other opportunities to be grasped.
That has certainly turned out to be so.
Obama has been telling the world he wont negotiate while he punitively shuts down national parks, kicks old people out of their homes and blocks off veterans from memorials. Conservatives are energized by the fight. Every Democrat in the Senate has now gone on record as being in favor of Obamacare, saying it doesnt need to be delayed and saying that they deserve an exemption from Obamacare that the rest of the public doesnt get.
If this isnt a winnable fight for the Republican Party, you have to wonder what a winnable fight would look like? If Obama publicly sacrificed a baby a Satan on Ted Kennedys birthday, would the public believe that the GOP was waging a war on children after listening to John Boehner and Mitch McConnell for 10 minutes?
Moreover, the one heavily skewed Wall Street poll thats freaking squishy Republicans out isnt telling the whole story. Barack Obamas approval rating has dropped to 37% and his approval rate with independents is down to 16%. Barack Obama is the face of the Democrat Party and those are the kind of numbers that lead to political bloodbaths while dislike for Congress has sadly become the rule, not the exception. Moreover, there are still great opportunities to be had. How about funding the entire government, but insisting on removing the exemption for members of Congress and their staffs?
Let the Democrats tell the world that theyre willing to shut down the government to make sure that the American public supplements the cost of their Obamacare coverage. Thats a very winnable fight, but sadly, you have to suspect that a lot of Republicans would rather lose the political fight than lose the exemption theyre getting from the law. They might vote for it when they know the Democrats wont agree, but actually winning on the issue? Theyd prefer a half-hearted loss than a go for the throat win.
But instead, after some smart early maneuvers from the House, the GOP leadership team there has largely fallen silent. Meanwhile, Republicans in the Senate have been actively working with the Democrats to undermine the House. In addition, establishment mediocrities like John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Haley Barbour, Devin Nunes, Grover Norquist, John Sununu, Bob Corker and the loathsome Peter King have been fighting tooth and nail against their real enemy: Grassroots champions like Ted Cruz who actually want to stand up for conservatives instead of corporations, fatcat donors and country club Republicans.
The problem with the Republican Party isnt politicians like Ted Cruz and Mike Lee who actually believe in representing the people who sent them to DC, its the establishment Republicans who fight harder against conservatives than theyll fight against the Democrats along with a GOP leadership that cant talk, strategize or do much of anything except flounder around haplessly while they get their brains beaten in by the Democrats.
Its all well and good to say, The most important thing is to win more seats and then well fight later. The problem with that is weve already gone down that road during the Bush years and we found that the same people who dont want to fight now, didnt want to fight when we had the House, the Senate and the White House either. In fact, a big part of the reason why the GOP lost the House, the Senate and the White House was because Medicare Part D and more funding for the National Endowment for the Arts was their idea of what the GOP should be doing when it was in charge.
People hate the Republican Party right now and they should. It doesnt communicate well, it doesnt do much outreach to groups that dont vote for us, it doesnt stand up for the values it supposedly believes in, it betrays its supporters on a regular basic and although it claims to be the adult party of small government, reduced spending and law and order, it doesnt consistently stand up for those principles even in the minority. Liberals never have to question where the Democrats are on abortion, raising taxes or expanding government, so why should we never know if we can count on the GOP on gun control, illegal immigration and spending?
The road to recovery for the Republican Party starts with proving that it will fight aggressively for the principles it claims to believe in as opposed to being talking big and never backing it up. Ted Cruz and Mike Lee get that. If more Republicans in DC understood that, the GOP wouldnt have lost the last presidential election because a few million members of its base stayed home.
I LOVE IT!!!
