I don't think you're getting your hands around the scope and scale of the problem. If they are totally ignoring the entire bill of rights (with the possible exception of the 3rd amendment...so far), they they will ignore anything produced by anyone that isn't to their liking. It won't be a straight up "we don't care what you say!" It will be more like "the people and convention have spoken...and this is what we say they said!" The French had the right idea around the end of the 18th century. Too bad that level of recourse has been bred out of americans.
