Consider the emotions today of all those Federal Employees who have young children.
They are not going to be happy, happy, happy with Barry’s AG Eric Holder for stopping the National AMBER ALERT Program over the weekend.
Surely, Mr. Fast and Furious Holder thought this Amber Alert cancellation through and made an exception for Michelle Obama’s two darling children?
BTW, I wonder if Barry, General of the Senate Harry “Mean Ol’ Guy” Reid, and Colonel of her former self Nancy “Always in a fog” Pelosi realize that other Federal employees ALSO have young children that need to be protected by the National Amber Alert Program?
BTW, BTW, the boy-toy, wanna-be dictator Barry Soetoro, aka Mr. Michelle Obama, COULD order his personal Corporate Jet, Air Force One, to be mothballed, by Executive Order, of course. (He must have a few blank EO forms lying around his empty chair, or his Golf bag - - - ).
That simple gesture just might, could, show that Barry also “feels our pain.”
Barry could also BARRYCADE his own personal Golf Course, and BARRYCADE the Oceans, only on Federal land, of course. (Governors are so touchy these days about THEIR State’s shorelines)!
Military golf courses are not operated with public funds. They are self funded by user fees. Obama can't shut them down.

Closing Amber Alert is calculated to hurt, and hurt really bad.
A better way to save money is to stop sending billions to middle east countries that hate us.
How did we ever survive before Booosh made Amber Alert a Federal Program?
Shutting down commissary store would be unconscionable due to the loss in product that would likely exceed the money not available to pay staff. How do you shut down deliveries of fresh food to stores that come on a daily basis. It would take time to head off trucks on the road and lead time for the warehouse. Not to mention dated item losses that are not being sold, like milk, eggs, fresh produce, etc etc. No thought whatsoever, just lets get on with inconveniencing the American people to the maximum extent possible
So are all the people connected with the shut downs are sitting around collecting pay while doing nothing ? LOL, The Wookiees “Lets Move” site is still open

If there was a way to do it without getting shot I would love to see a ring of citizens around AF1 and deny it use.

Two observations (not arguments):
Obama’s (and his handler's) shutdown is not about money, it is about a political agenda.
Obama is the CinC, he can do what ever he deems prudent with regard to a military reservation.
Had an exchange last night with a poster who mockingly asked if the federal highways would be barricaded, as though such a possibility was very unlikely if not ludicrous. The source article above suggests that some federal roads and parking lots have indeed been barricaded or made unavailable.
The good news is that he, on behalf of most Democrat politicians, has broadcast a vindictive anti-American style and attitude in a way that even the slowest among us can understand. One wonders what this will look like in 4 or 5 years.
