Right now it is parks and monuments, but I’ve read of some businesses are unable to hire because they can’t get the e-verify done, all the goofy government websites shutdown for no reason...yet 0bamacare runs, what happens when he goes after the ports, imports, etc?
He is, more correctly they are, pushing for a revolt. All this is little stuff...testing the water temperature. OWS didn’t provoke us, we watched and laughed at them. This is exactly why the conservatives in congress must not no matter how bad things get, cave.
Because this is the last peaceful legal way congress has get this country back on the right track.
Despite the rants of the ignorant, the power of the purse was granted to the congress just for situations like we face today.
James Madison made that very clear during the many negotiations leading up to the ratification of the Constitution.
It is the duty of the conservatives in the house to stand firm or our form of government will be gone forever, unless the public turns to violence.
The legal way is the only acceptable way and that rests in the hands of the house.
