Marco Rubio is one of my Senators, and he’s excellent.
Your statement doesn’t accurately reflect his plan, and in fact he was one of the few who was opposed to an omnibus bill and in favor of breaking the problem into segments to be dealt with separately and rationally. Something needs to be done about the illegal population currently in the US (many of whom are not Hispanic, if that makes you feel any better, since I think an irrational hatred of Hispanics motivates a lot of the criticisms here) and if you have better ideas, you should suggest them to his office.
West should change parties and run against that senile dipshit Nelson....
Half of the dem minority population in Florida vote based on skin color....anyway...
He might even win...
There is nothing irrational about not wanting to grant citizenship to 11 million illegal aliens and their extended families who will also be allowed to enter the US if amnesty is passed. You are naive if you think Marco Rubio will not vote for full amnesty of all the illegals.
Fortunately most people have opened their eyes to Marco and he has no chance to win the GOP presidential nomination in 2016. If South Fla wants to keep him as their senator that is their perogative. But I don’t think that the argument for him being a conservative is very believable.
Not only that, he had to suffer through a 147% voter turnout in Port S. Lucie county, the only county (of the four in his district) that he lost — AND, the last county to report the vote????
Why there was no challenge is beyond me — obvious massive voter FRaud, but no challenge???????????
I love Allen West!
But, he should take out a Democrat — Bill “Howdy Doody” Nelson would be a good start, albeit he’ll have to wait until 2018.
In the meantime, Allen should keep on being Allen and keep poking his FReedom stick into the corrupt LIEberal hornet’s nest.
I think Marco has learned his lesson — we’ll see.
Exactly.

...The Republican Party must embrace more legal immigration.
Unfortunately, like many of the major debates in Washington, immigration has become a stalemate-where both sides are imprisoned by their own rhetoric or attachment to sacred cows that prevent the possibility of a balanced solution.
Immigration Reform will not occur until Conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. I am here today to begin that conversation.
Lets start that conversation by acknowledging we arent going to deport 12 million illegal immigrants.
If you wish to work, if you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you...
This is where prudence, compassion and thrift all point us toward the same goal: bringing these workers out of the shadows and into being taxpaying members of society.
Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers.12 million more people assimilating into society. 12 million more people being productive contributors.
[but hes not in favor of amnesty, snicker, definition of is is]
well put.
I would rather see West run against Bill Nelson, who has become quite a moonbat since entering the Senate.
