They did send a fund raising email this afternoon stating that they are standing with Ted Cruz. So I donated to them for the first time in over 5 years and responded to the email and to the donation acknowledgement that I was only donating because they were standing with Cruz. I told them they needed to get the Government out of healthcare and the other areas where it has insinuated itself, to the detriment of our economy and freedoms. Money talks, I hope they are listening.

The only thing your contribution will earn you is more requests for contributions. Seriously doubt if your comments were even read by anyone or if anyone at the National organization cares about what you think.
The only organization we contribute to is Jim DeMint’s and then only a small amount. No more contributions from our household to organizations. Everything else we contribute goes to a specific person whose position we happen to agree with and who appears to need some financial assistance.
I did work a phone bank for a candidate on the east coast during the last election. Few people who would answer the call were really surprised by my obvious Texas accent, although I did try to tone it down a bit.
Using an axe and a 16# sledge is pretty heavy "insinuation."
