Texas is a great place with great people, but their gun laws sure do stink. Open carry of handguns is illegal, and their concealed permit is one of the most expensive to obtain in the country.
It's a sad day when states like DE, WI, NH, VT, and ME have better gun carry laws than Texas.

Open Carry, America! PinglistStories and commentary about the lawful Open Carry of firearms.
To be added or taken off this list, please send a FR mail to RKBA Democrat. FAIR WARNING, I'm one of the worst pinglist administrators on FR. I ping infrequently then I ping a lot. I forget to add people to the list. I disappear for months at a time when I get fed up with politics. Search the keyword "opencarryamerica" to see previous articles and pings.

“calculated to alarm”
Sounds like the ordinance is so vague as to be unconstitutional.
