Office of Foreign Affairs of Norway, Sweden and Poland have accused Russia of "stealing" the plan to hand over the Syrian arsenal of chemical weapons under the control of the international community. "Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Norway and Sweden elaborated the plan that Russia presented for its own," Norwegian publications wrote with reference to Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide.
However, in a recent interview, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said that the need to monitor Syrian chemical weapons was discussed at the meetings of the United Nations and during bilateral talks with Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and President Vladimir Putin.

Norway is the one country who has politicians both more antisemitic, more socialist and more cowardly than Kerry and Obama and at the same time more stupid than Wasserman-Schultz and more drunkardly funny than Biden.
And Sweden has an all-gay government. Parents are investigated by authorities if their children are using verboten words like “he”, “she” or a “spokesman” instead of “spokeperson”.

I don’t think so.
Real leaders and people of good character (extremely rare combination I know) don’t care who gets credit.
Unfortunately for us, as we elected a boy with no character, no executive experience, no real world experience, and no love of this country, but the right skin color, we have a pResident who ONLY cares about getting credit or assigning blame to someone else usually Bush.
