I’m a bit foggy but didn’t he adjust his signature as he ran for political office to be closer to an Organizing group (ACORN comes to mind).
From about 2005 and later, the “b” of Obama was moved inside the “O”. Prior to that, it was outside and to the right as a normal signaure would be.
That seems more likely as there is nothing in the current Selective Service law which implies that you lose your citizenship for failure to comply. Only that you won’t be eligible for Federal student aid of a Federal job.
In fact the law says all male NON-US CITIZENS living in the US on their 18th birthday must register. Including ILLEGAL ALIENS!!!

Robeerts ultimately means to say that each and every election modifies and changes the Constitution to conform with the outcome of that election; the Constitution is a living, breathing, fluid document that bends to the will of the people who vote (or are perceived to have voted).

Neither, the only negative to not registering is a bar from federal employment and not being able to bid on federal contracts. That's about it.

If he re-entered the country at 10 yrs old as an Indonesian and never changed that status, then did not register, he could be denied US citizenship according to current law?
If he did become a citizen, he did it fraudulently.

Exactly, in October, 2008 the SSA was under the Bush Administration.
In February and in August of 2008 the SSA verified that Obama registered in 1980.
The registration cards are all on microfilm (original cards are destroyed shortly after they are microfilmed).
So are you saying that someone from outside the SSA broke into their system and added a microfilm copy? Or are you saying that someone from within the SSA did it?
