Not ‘stolen’.
They were GIVEN by this Administration under
the ‘wink and nod’ of the US Congress that has
condoned this treason, funded this treason,
coveredup this treason, and aided and abetted the Enemy
of the people of the United States of America
and their Constitution.
It’s an open fact that Obama is arming the rebels; in fact, IIRC, some committee in Congress even voted to do so. That said, I don’t think we’d be supplying them with chemical weapons because it’s simply too dangerous for the people who are doing the supplying. They probably got these from the stocks of old gas lying around one of the storage places that Saddam’s supplies were taken to during the Iraq war.
I remember about three months ago, there was a fierce fight around a remote facility of some sort that was thought to be one of these storage places. I think the army managed to destroy it before the “rebels” got all of the gas, but they may have gotten some of it, because they did take over the facility or what was left of it. Also, some time earlier, one of these remote places in the desert just sort of exploded - I would suspect because Assad himself got rid of it because it was too hard to secure, the gas was old and probably dangerous to handle, and there was in any case no plus side to his using it.
The “rebels” don’t have much, probably, and in any case, so far the gas hasn’t even been identified by outside analysts. I read this morning that they were claiming that a “gas attack” on an AQ area “may have caused breathing difficulties.”
Serious poison gas does a lot more than that! It could be that somebody, one side or the other, is actually using tear gas, which can certainly cause breathing difficulties and can suffocate people if used heavily.
