Are Saudi Arabia and Qatar trying to get Obama to bomb Syria back to the Middle Ages so they can run that big gas pipeline through Syria? Is that the real back story here, an attempt by the inscrutable Arabs to pimp America’s military to do their work even as such actions would destroy Assad and support Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood?
A “Vanity” posting on Free Republic, dated Sept 6, urges Americans to call Congress and say: “I know about the gas pipeline Saudi Arabia and Qatar want to run through Syria and Assad won’t let them!” The poster goes on to say that “They [the Saudi's] want Obama to pimp our troops to do their fighting against Assad for the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda!” (1)

Obama’s interest in bombing non-enemy Syria has everything to do with creating a long-lasting, controversial, DISTRACTION for Congress in order to keep Congress from defunding Obama”care”/Boehnerkare.
Obama’s “Red Herring” for the 9-11 Benghazi Massacre Coverup was Susan Rice’s fake Video story.
Obama’s “Red Herring” for distracting Congress until Obama”care”/ Boehnerkare kicks in October 1 is Obama’s “Crossing HIS personal Red Line” distraction speech.

“Jellyfish Spine” Boehner as Speaker of the House is essential to Obama’s continued unchallenged destruction of the US Constitution.
Nothing will change as long as cave-in artists Boehner and Cantor are in leadership roles in the US House of Representatives.
If Boehner is replaced as Speaker with a fighter such as Col. Allen West, then the Articles of Impeachment for B. Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, can be quickly issued.
The problem is not with Obama, as he is just doing what Communist Tyrants are trained to do.

Makes sense to me - the MB paid for Barry Soetoro’s education, so makes sense that the quid pro quo is coming home to roost. Barry’s alleged family members in Africa are MB members. Everything Barry and his administation of traitors do seem to benefit Saudi Arabia/MB. Putin wouldn’t take kindly to an alternate source of oil going to Europe, however, so that’s why it’s not going down without a Big Fight. There are no good guys, so we need to get over that. Energy Independence? Now you know why none of our Presidents have accomplished that in recent history - too busy holding hands and bowing to the King of the Sauds.

I have friends in the natural gas development business, and natural gas in Europe is short and in very high demand. Finding natural gas in the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean, and more importantly, transporting that natural gas to Europe, is a huge task, worth tons of money, both today and for decades going forward.
This was one of my conspiracy theories since Syria started gaining attention. In addition to the pipelines, there is a significant amount of natural gas below the waters between Syria and Cyprus.
How dare you denigrate our govt! It's still the finest form of representative govt that Saudi oil money can buy!
