Colorado voters kicked Democratic state senators John Morse and Angela Giron out of office Tuesday, the first legislators in the states 137-year history to be recalled by their constituents.
The Democrats were targeted for their support of strict new gun laws that have drawn both opposition and support since they were passed by a Democratic-controlled state legislature earlier this year, but the opponents had final say in the hard-fought races.

Sadly getting rarer, but sometimes the people win over the arrogance of their owners despite the HUGE influx of big urban owner (Bloomberg) money!
We must learn liberty is the responsibility of we the people, not our leaders. Be they Dem or GOP, they are too often quickly seduced by the power and privilege of the offices they occupy. Forgetting they are SERVANTS not RULERS (or OWNERS) of we the people who elect them. Lock’n load!
As a tag, when Liberal DemWits fraud efforts fail and they lose it’s always “voter suppression”. When a DemWit voter must show ID and/or only vote once... it’s clearly “voter suppression”. Barf!
Finally some good news.
“Morse campaign manager suspects voter fraud”
LOL! I wish. So now will the dims support voter ID?
You’ll have to forgive me, but when I looked at the headline, my first thought was, “Colorade? Does that mean Gatorade is cracka?”...
When will the law be repealed?
What happens now, will there be a special election to replace them soon, what about the gun laws, will there be a bill to end the laws, or will everything remain the same.
Colorado does demand ID for voting purposes. At least, the county and precinct I voted in, did. My voter registration card was useless as it had to be a picture ID.
yeah, typo, I should have been more careful
Excellent! Probably kept the Democraps from stealing this vote.
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...bang! bang! bang!...Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaqhahahahahahaqhahaha!
When will the law be repealed?
That, I'm sorry to tell you, Paladin2, is another story. Representatives of the Democratic [sic] party still control the state government lock, stock, and barrel. Even if the Republicans were to sweep state government, we'd have to wait for them to come up with enough courage to do the right thing.
Parts of the batch of laws are being challenged in court by an overwhelming majority of Colorado sheriffs.
Why were these two targeted because they were the most vulnerable?
