"They may look wacky and bizarre, but this rookie Korean girl group, Crayon Pop, is leading the KPop music charts. And it's this music video, "Bar Bar Bar" that is running red-hot on the internet." (Excerpt quote from video.)

Personally, I don't like the "Gangnam Style" comparison that the news media keeps bringing up; but looking at their other videos and knowing much more about them, I think these girls have potential beyond this one song. Apparently, Sony Music does, too. Whether they do surpass expectations (or non-expectations), only time will tell. In any case, they are helping bring the KPop music industry to the spotlight.

as a truth seeker, music lover, and thrill-seeker I watched the video to expand my horizons, and I kinda liked it ;-)
FAR better than any rap/crap/hiphop/vulgar/street/garbage.

There was a Kpop band (I forgot what the hell their names were) sold out here at the LA Coliseum a week ago. My niece is 13 watched it with my SIL and loves this crap but they’re a wholesome breed anyways...unlike some low trash like Miley Cyrus.

I can see how young teen girls would really like this.
Otherwise it is just bubblegum.
K-pop is still in its youth. J-pop has been around longer and is starting to get some real talent.
