“you can save potato seed to grow out the following year.”

I’ve never seen a potato seed - what do they look like?

I don’t know what a potato seed looks like, but I’ve got some seed pods that are green and about 1/2” in diameter - like an unripe grape tomato.

We save seed potatoes. However potatoes really do have seeds. They appear as if the plants had grown clusters of tiny green tomatoes. I don’t know if they will grow true to the original plant, and I don’t think the quality is as good.
