That’s my point. She automatically assumed she would get special treatment by saying she was a government leftie. That fact that she didn’t (we don’t know for certain that she didn’t, 20 minutes may be much better than the rest of the great unwashed receive) is not that relevant. She expected it because of who she is. That says a lot.
It is a good point. I think it is a characteristic of the left. They are also a little puzzled when it does not work, but always come up with an excuse... because, in their view, the government does not so wrong...
