The feds have charged a West Virginia judge with conspiring to use the criminal justice system to railroad a romantic rival as reported by Kate White for The Charleston Gazette.
Mingo County Circuit Judge Michael Thornsbury apparently was banging his secretary, and when the love affair soured the good old boy allegedly schemed with a state trooper and grand jury foreman to put her husband behind bars on trumped up drug charges.
Judge Thornsbury should be charged with treason against America for undermining the public's faith in its governing institutions, and if convicted given the death penalty.
The real threat to the United States is not from the occasional terrorist but the pervasive corruption that runs throughout the government. Bribe-taking politicians, evidence-planting cops and case-fixing judges do far more damage to the United States than any bomb-making terrorist ever could hope to inflict.
Yes, the judge is a democrat.
Friends of Ours should read the definition of treason in Article III of the Constitution before slinging the term around.

In late 1986 I had an assistant district attorney in Corpus Christ, TX. threaten my life.
She let me know she could arrange to have the police kill me any time she wanted and she would see to it personally that it was “legal”.
I agree, the biggest problem we face right now is corruption in govt at every level.
The second insane leap was assuming that we have any faith in our governing institutions to be undermined.
Now that is an interesting story; how was the plot resolved?
Officials such as these are a greater threat to the country than foreign terrorists.
We have no faith in corrupt office holders who have ruined the nation.
But apparently not a high-ranking Democrat, or we never would have heard of this.
Now that’s some good old-fashioned corruption.

It’s true that this is magnitudes worse because the judge was an elected official using the power of his office to harass.
But we had an equally bizarre case here in Florida where some nutty woman was just arrested (by the Feds, I believe) because she was angry at a couple of different guys she felt had “romantically rejected” her and she went and accused them of child pornography and child abuse, even setting up fake Facebook accounts for them. In one case, she called the Feds and told them that one of the guys was coming in on a flight to Jacksonville with a suitcase full of drugs - and he was met at the gate by armed Federal agents and publicly taken away.
The guys eventually got things straightened out, at least to the point of not being arrested and proving that they had nothing to do with either child pornography or drugs. But it was hell on their reputations and lives. The woman is under arrest now and actually turned out to have been arrested a few months earlier for something similar but had never come to trial. She bailed herself out and resumed her attacks during the time she was supposedly awaiting trial.
Crazy people out there, but of course, it is definitely worse when one of them has legal power to do crazy things.
Police actually tried to take me out one night.
Tried to make it look like a car accident.
They totaled a police cruiser in the process.
Another day I was on S Staples street stopped at the light when a CC police officer from the crossroad to my right stopped in the middle of the road, flipped on his lights and hit his siren a couple of times, got out of his patrol car, pretended to pull his gun and walked up to my truck pretending to shoot me.
He walked back to his car and just as he was getting into his car a huge chunk of ice from a plan coming into the airport hit the streetlight breaking the cable. The streetlight swung down and landed right in the cops windshield.
The cop went to crabbing along the ground when another chunk of ice hit about 10 feet from him.
Four lanes of traffic were stopped and everyone including myself were busting a gut laughing at this fool.
I drove by the cop and just couldn’t resist, I asked him if he got the message.
He just looked at me and didn’t answer so I asked him again if he got the message.
He nodded yes so I told him let that be a lesson and told him to go say the rosary.
He gave me the sign of the cross.

I was more interested in why an assistant DA would threaten your life in 1986....I’ll reserve judgment on the other aspects of your story. A couple of cops “self destructing themselves” wouldn’t have been enough to make a sociopathic DA to stop threatening you; so what softened” pharaoh’s assistant” heart?
He was stoned out of his gourd and bragged to me about getting the drugs from the chief of police who was taking the drugs from the property room where drugs that were seized were stored.
He told me how the district attorney's office and the chief of police had cooked up a plan to set someone up for drug possession on the beach, which was patrolled by county law enforcement not city police, then make a big deal out of it in the news so the city police could take over patrolling the beach instead of the county law enforcement.
There were so many deputy sheriffs patrolling that day it was impossible for him to set anyone up so being a good little doper, he and a constable (now in fed prison on child porn charges) decided to do the dope themselves.
He also bragged about being part of a big dope running operation involving police and fed agents and it was being protected by the authorities.
I thought the guy was a total nut case, he wasn't.
The cop didn't have anything to arrest me for so when we arrived at the county jail he tried to get some dope from some sheriff deputies that were supplying the prisoners with dope.
That failed so they ended up falsifying an toxalizer test and charging me with DWI.
I filed a complaint against the cop and the police went into a full cover-up mode.
I went to the FBI and the FBI went into full cover up.
I found out my first attorney was double crossing me and was working with the prosecution so he could make a deal in another one of his cases.
My second attorney was pretty much the same thing, he was helping the police to create a story to keep me from suing the police.
I ended up having to represent myself because I couldn't trust an attorney.
The day of my trial they had arranged to have the chief of police assigned to the jury pool for my case. That is jury tampering and it had to be a judge that did it.
They expected me to dismiss the Chief of police as a member of the jury, I didn't. I didn't expect anything to stop with the trial, but if the chief of police stuck his nose in it I had him for obstruction of justice.
The trial was in county court, and the county attorney had the expert witness for an toxilizer test lie through his teeth.
I was using my criminal trial to put enough information and evidence to bring down the entire bunch, and I got it.
After my trial I contacted the DA’s office, I wasn't really expecting anything from the DA’s office just following procedure, and that's when the assistant DA first threatened to send me to prison on trumped up charges.
When I told her I would meet her on the courthouse steps (attorneys hate it when you throw attorney speak back in their face) she told me I wouldn't live to walk through the courthouse doors.
She said she could arrange to have the police kill me anytime she wanted and she would see to it personally that it was legal.
She then said she wasn't going to prison because of me.
When she said that I knew everything the cop had told me was true.
I filed a law suite in federal court, and that's when the feds put me under surveillance. I didn't know until later that it was the ATF that had me under surveillance. The FBI had used a different agency to provide cover for themselves.
There was at least 3 attempts against my life, possibly a 4th, but that's one I'm not sure about and if it was it wasn't some local Podunk's like the other 3, it would have come from the feds.
The feds taking over the cover up is the reason they backed off I believe.
I wonder if some of what was going on was connected to the Clintons’ Mena airport operations in the 80’s. Reagan was president in 1986. Wasn’t “Ma” Richards governor in “86”?

One morning, it must have been sometime late 1984 or early 85, at about 4:30 or 5:00, I was headed to Houston from CC. I was on the back road right outside Refugio, TX when the silhouette of a military plane crossed in front of me at about 75 to 100 yards less than 100 feet off the ground. There were no lights on. The plane's flight path was following a pipeline right away that had been mowed of brush.
About 2 miles out of Refugio I was stopped by a Refugio city cop. I was headed north, he was headed south, so he had to turn around to stop me.
He wanted to know what I was doing on the back road and wanted to know what I had seen.
There was no way he could have known I had been on the back road unless he was in radio communication with someone.
I told him I had seen a plane and assumed it was some kind of military exercise because of all the military bases around south Texas.
He made a comment to the effect it would be best if I forgot about it.
I believe now that was one of the planes used for Iran Contra and they were making a dope drop along the pipeline clearing.
I've come to the conclusion Bush 41 had more to do with that drug running operation than people know.
I gave Bush the benefit of the doubt for a long time but not anymore.
Bush 43 not going after the Clinton's for the crimes they committed sealed it for me.
I don't give the Bush's the benefit of the doubt anymore.
