Not only did I publicly detail the misfeasance of Magistrate Judge Robinson in dismissing the indictment against the fugitive Elizabeth Duke in my Petition, I requested in my Motion to Expedite that the Court let me file ex parte and under seal information which would explain "why" the Obama Department of Justice took the extraordinary step -- in violation of their own regulations -- to orally move without explanation to dismiss an indictment against a fugitive terrorist.

How does a magistrate dismiss a felony indictment...I thought that only a district court judge could do that?
“Private Attorney General” — if the appendix C is a full transcript of what happened at the trial, Mr. Sibley has a point. But, he is a private citizen complaining about a particular inside deal done by the judge.
That is highly unlikely to be picked up directly by the US Supreme Court. If they heard every case of judicial misconduct, they’d never get anything done. (Maybe that would be for the best, /S).

If you read parts 1 and 2 at his blog he tells how Elizabeth Ann Duke one of the US’s most wanted Weather Underground terrorists had her warrant cancelled illegally even though her mugshot is still on the FBI’s site. Elizabeth Ann Duke is alleged by Martha Trowbridge to be one of many alias’s of the woman who is Obama’s real mother.
