What you may fail to realize is that this is not an election. It is Seinfeld trying out new material for the show. Surely no American town would really have a cyberwagger and a whorehound out in public like this. It might frighten the police horses!
Eventually the nooyawkuz will bring in another Giuliani to straighten things up a bit .... then after the town is somewhat liveable .... they will reject him as a fascist and turn to another Wiener & Spitzer
