What makes you think any conservative approves of borrowing and spending, especially from foreign nations with or without enmity to us? That’s a chief plank of conservative complaints against liberalism, not just tax/spend. Don’t make up stuff about conservatives.
I am only referring to “those” conservatives who think the community organizer from Chicago’s south side is no worse than Romney. They stayed home in November.
