In the video below, a court marshal first sexually assaults a women, who begs to be assigned instead to a female officer. The plea is ignored by the judge sitting right there.
Multiple employees and managers at the county family court are under investigation for covering up an assault by a court marshal. After a six-month internal investigation, court marshal Ron Fox was finally fired for the incident seen below. How many other untold instances of similar abuse are not captured on film and thus go unpunished?

What kind of woman would allow another woman to be hauled off to jail in front of her child while the woman is pleading for her to listen? The child is pleading for her mother and this POS behind the bench ignores her.

i thought generally most courts had female bailiffs for this very purpose.
The actual alleged assault occurs off-camera, I believe in a side room typically found near the entrance of any ordinary courtroom, ostensibly to conduct a drug search. I promise you this never ever happens in typical family court hearings, not in my experience. And no judge I have ever stood before, male or female, would be capable of ignoring the pleas of that woman. It is almost as if the judge was being deliberately complicit. I like how the young lady stood her ground, but if it had been my wife, it would have gone nuclear well before any improprieties had a chance to occur.

You mean ex-wife since this was divorce court AKA family court.
Well, my wife is still my wife, so she wouldn’t have been there anyway. I’m just saying, given her personality, *if* she had been in the same situation, it would have been, shall we say, a much different video to watch.

Your spelling of Marshall in this instance is incorrect. A Marshall is an officer of the law. Martial means military, as in "Martial Law", which means military law. Marshall is the correct usage in the article.
This was so damn scary. My heart went out to that poor woman and her kid.
All involved should be arrested for violating her civil rights.

That’s why I put it in quotes. It was a play on the term suggesting they passed a sentence on the woman.
Oh yeah, the family court cannot tell about it due to “privacy concerns”. So many pedophiles get away with this. Our justice system is vile and the legislators of such are greedy cowards
