I’m not looking for something that doesn’t exist. You made the claim, back it up.

There was no search warrant. Hawaii law would not allow it.

Here is the Hawaii Statutes on search warranties:

http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/histatutes/5/38/803/III

“A search warrant is an order in writing made by a judge or other magistrate, directed to an officer of justice, commanding the officer to search for certain articles supposed to be in the possession of or which are anticipated to be in the possession of one who is charged with having obtained them illegally, or who keeps them illegally, or with the intent of using them as the means of committing a certain offense.” Haw. Rev. Stat. § 803-31

Hospital health records would not apply.

You show me the current warrants that the NSA is operating under from the FISA courts.

Considering the national security implications of having a usurper acting as Commander-in-Chief, would you say that the NSA should be listening to a recording of Abercrombie and Evans’ phone conversations? I know it’s nowhere near as critical to our national security as snooping in David Petraeus’ bedroom talk because 2 broads got in a cat-fight over him... And I know it’s not near as pressing or urgent for the media as, say, Anthony’s weiner... But with those really urgent, critical national security issues dealt with already maybe there is some spare time to focus on piddles like the country and world being taken over by a criminal mafia...
