Unless there are threats contained in a SINGLE response to a public article, there is no harassment, period.
She can ‘report’ all she wants. She should be ‘reported’ for incitement to hate and for abuse of minor children.

Single non threatening response is the key.
If she complains to the cops they need to ntfy sender of the email and inform them “no more unwanted emails” as that would be harassment.
On the other hand and only a suggestion, 100’s of other single individual emails from 100’s of others may have a nice affect.
