Probably not in Princeton, NJ -- except for faculty and students at Princeton U. I don't think there are any black folks in Princeton, NJ. (I haven't lived there since the mid '80's, but visited my daughter when she was in grad school there the past five years, and the place is still lily-white, aside from the effects of "diversity" policies on Princeton's hiring and admissions.)

Of course, one wonders to which cops Prof. Perry would be referring the matter. Squirrel Hill is, I believe, in Pennsylvania, so unless she can find some Federal charge to trump up, I think she's out of luck trying to find any cops to investigate Dan for "harassment".
